CANNING LINE ISSUE
Setting up and using new equipment can cause teething problems for breweries, even when you meticulously follow the manufacturers guidelines….
Unfortunately, we have found an issue with a couple of our initial runs on our new canning line. This has resulted in some of the packaged 440ml cans from our 55 DIPA and 26 DDH SESSION IPA batches becoming oxidised (brown in colour) over time after they were packed. As a brewery that prides itself on producing high-quality craft beer, we are absolutely gutted this has happened, especially to some our special 6th anniversary beer :'( [RIP to all those lovely Citra hops!]
We can only sincerely apologies to any customers that were affected.
To remedy this, we have offered refunds to our wholesale customers, so if you have been affected by this, please contact them directly for a refund/exchange. If you brought the beer directly from us or would like to get in touch, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
We thank you for understanding, and look forward to brewing some more super-fresh, devastatingly hoppy beers for your enjoyment in 2019.
